Blue Dream Feminized

Blue Dream Feminized

This is my favorite subject, honestly speaking. It is almost a hundred percent likely to be only girls, which means – more bumps, less tambourine dancing. I take such when I want a stable and large harvest without unnecessary fuss. You just plant, care normally and all – by fall you have luxurious bushes with fragrant cones. The harvest is solid. If the conditions are good, you can fill a jar to the brim. I have a couple of times grown them on the balcony (well, I have a normal balcony, not tiny) – neighbors did not even immediately understand what it is. The smell is really strong in the last weeks, keep in mind, it is better to put filters.

Blue Dream Feminized Seeds

Okay, so let me tell you about Blue Dream Feminized Seeds. These are cannabis seeds that I tried growing myself, and they’re really cool — not too complicated, and they give a decent yield. Well, basically, it’s a hybrid that both energizes and relaxes, so if you want to chill out and clear your head a bit, it’s perfect.

These seeds are “feminized,” which means that almost all of them grow into females, and as you know, they produce a delicious and powerful product, unlike males, which only take up space and spread pollen. I didn’t bother with them, I just planted them, and almost the entire harvest was great.

Well, what else can I say… They don’t grow super fast, but they don’t crawl like turtles either, flowering in about 8-10 weeks, which is normal. In short, if you’re a beginner, don’t worry, these seeds will help you avoid failure. Plus, their taste is something between berries and a slight sweetness, really pleasant to smell.

The only thing to remember is that if you’re growing them at home, it’s better to ventilate the room because the smell can bother your neighbors. All in all, it’s a proven option if you want something that’s both enjoyable and easy to grow. Try it — you won’t regret it!

How To Grow Blue Dream Feminized Seeds?

Okay, I’ll tell you how I grew Blue Dream Feminized Seeds so you don’t get lost. First, get some normal seeds that are feminized, which means almost all of them will be female, and that’s what we need for a great harvest.

First, soak the seeds in water for about a day to wake them up. I just threw them in a cup and forgot about them. Then plant them in a small pot with light soil, like regular potting soil, but without any chemicals. The main thing is not to overwater them, or they may rot.

Next, you need to monitor the light. Blue Dream loves the sun, or if you have lamps, 18 hours of light per day for the vegetative stage, so that the leaves gain strength. Don’t forget to ventilate so that the air is fresh, and the temperature is around 22-28 degrees Celsius — not like a sauna, but not cold either.

When the plant grows up and buds appear, switch to flowering, then you need less light, about 12 hours a day. This is like a signal for them that it’s time to prepare for harvest. I sometimes had problems with fertilizers, so don’t overdo it — Blue Dream likes balanced food, unlike some “hungry” varieties.

Plus, if any bugs or diseases appear, treat them immediately, don’t wait, or all your work will be ruined. Overall, Blue Dream is quite resilient, but it’s not worth testing its strength.

After 8-10 weeks of flowering, you will have nice, fragrant buds that smell like berries and are sweet. The main thing is to wait until the trichomes become cloudy, not transparent, then the harvest will be the most powerful.

In general, don’t be afraid, it’s not rocket science. Just love your plants, water them, give them light, and you will be happy. If anything, write to me, I will help!

🌱 StepDescription
🪴 GerminationSoak seeds in water for 12–24 hours, then place in a damp paper towel or starter cubes. Keep warm (20–25°C) and dark until they sprout.
🌞 Light & EnvironmentProvide 18–24 hours of light daily during the vegetative stage using full-spectrum LED or MH lighting.
🌡️ Temperature & HumidityMaintain temperature at 20–26°C and humidity at 50–70% during vegetative growth; reduce humidity to 40–50% during flowering.
🌿 Vegetative StageUse 18/6 or 24/0 light cycles. Blue Dream responds well to low-stress training (LST) and topping to maximize yields and control plant height.
⏳ Flowering StageSwitch to 12/12 light cycle to induce flowering. Flowering takes around 9–10 weeks with dense, resinous buds.
💧 Water & NutrientsWater when the topsoil dries out. Use nitrogen-rich nutrients during vegetative stage, then phosphorus and potassium-rich nutrients during flowering.
✂️ Training & PruningTopping and LST help manage height and promote even canopy. Remove lower growth to focus energy on main colas.
🌾 HarvestHarvest when pistils turn dark and trichomes appear milky or amber for desired potency and effect.
💡 TipFeminized seeds ensure 100% female plants, saving time and effort by eliminating males.

FAQ

What exactly does feminized seeds mean?

Well, it’s when you plant them, and almost all the plants are female. Female plants produce tasty buds, while male plants only spread pollen and are useless, so it’s better to get feminized seeds right away to avoid the hassle of separating them later.

Are they difficult to grow?

Honestly, Blue Dream is one of those that isn’t particularly finicky. You don’t have to be a guru to get a decent harvest. Yes, you need light and water, and sometimes fertilizer, but overall they are quite beginner-friendly.

How long does it take for them to grow?

Usually about 3 months from planting to harvest. That’s about 8-10 weeks of flowering, and before that, about a month of growth. I sometimes got distracted and forgot to count, but on average, that’s how it is.

What effect do they have?

Here’s the cool thing — Blue Dream combines a high and a boost of energy at the same time. You can relax and get your head going a little, like for creativity or just to avoid being dull.

How do they smell?

I had neighbors who realized almost immediately that something delicious was growing. In general, the smell is sweet and berry-like, very pleasant, not like those harsh smells. But if you have them at home, keep in mind that the smell can spread, so be careful.
